Noodlies, Sydney food blog is less about sausage rolls and more about Vietnamese fresh rolls (goi cuon), less triple-cooked pork cheek fine dining and more about the humble ma & pa run eateries.
Noodlies uncovers authentic, culturally diverse food and culture around Sydney. I live in south western Sydney – a wonderful, exciting, culturally diverse place which never ceases to surprise and delight.
Noodlies is a food, travel and lifestyle blog, it's about exciting culturally diverse food and culture. Noodlies is currently Australia's number one video food blog, over half a million views and counting...
We rarely cook or eat at home. Walter and I are busy with work and projects that means we don’t get time to cook. But living in Cabramatta, we’re spoilt for choice.
There are lots of blogs about CBD and inner city Sydney eating, but not much that I could find that features food in our area.
In particular food that is fast, tasty and fresh. I reckon that’s got to be the specialty of the area. A bowl of steaming hot pho can be on your table within two minutes of ordering.
I wanted a blog that’s the answer to “where to eat in Cabramatta?” and “what’s the best restaurant in Cabramatta?”.
Life is about food and more. While food will always be the main focus for noodlies, I’ll also be blogging about travel and other lifestyle issues that take my interest. Check out my recent posts on Singapore and Malaysia.
