Welcome to The Wylde Kitchen. All recipes on the site are egg free, dairy free and plant based (unless otherwise stated). Many of them are also gluten free. Any of the recipes with flour can be made gluten free by substituting with gluten free products. My focus is on making vegan food delicious and accessible to the every day person for increased energy and improved health.
Food is fuel and also I believe a wonderful way to bring people together. I think the best thing to do is just experiment and try the things you think you would like to eat. Why Vegan? In a nutshell, for increased energy, health, the planet, the environment, the animals and as a personal choice to make an impact in the biggest way I can on all of those issues. Since starting this site in December 2015, my recipes have been featured on Finding Vegan, Foodgawker, The Flaming Vegan and One Green Planet.
